The recruitment of young people in internships, with training contracts and recent graduates represents one of our main challenges, since the recruited talents, trained in the latest technologies and innovative methodologies, contribute to the added value of the projects carried out for our clients.
We want to favor the transmission of competencies, both in terms of both knowledge and behavior, by recruiting young people who will be accompanied by an employee of the company: their tutor. Likewise, we seek to increase the operational competence of young people who constitute a nursery of potential candidates for indefinite hiring.
Young people with training contracts can benefit from the direction of a tutor, who will accompany them during their internship in the Group.
Fellow tutors with this type of contract receive training to familiarize themselves with their challenges and provide them with adequate support within our teams.
Each intern is usually integrated into the team with a progressive accompaniment on their intervention topics.
We pay special attention to this so that the fellow can express himself regularly about his workload and his missions. The employment perspectives of the fellows mainly concern trainees who have a profile that corresponds to our business areas: information technology, commerce and cross-cutting functions.
