The use of social networks is crucial for Gfi. For the last three years, we’ve been recruiting proactively on Viadeo, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. These sourcing and contact channels are a revolution. We use them to communicate, present our projects, hear what our employees have to say, and get in touch with potential candidates who may not have approached us spontaneously.
